Selling becomes easy when you know who's ready to buy
E-commerce is one of the hardest spaces to sell in. Not because there isn't demand, but because you have no way of knowing if stores are facing the problems you solve. But we tell you who's ready to buy by spotting stores facing the problem you solve. Here's how:
Without buying signals
Buy a list of 10,000 stores based on firmographics
Cross-check Ahrefs, Meta Ad Library, reviews, tools for per store
No idea what's actually wrong, so the email is generic (and ignored)
With Ecommerce Leads
Get only stores that match the problem you defined
50+ data points with 24-month history, already joined
Know exactly what's broken, so the first line writes itself
What problem did your best client have, right before they hired you?
Whatever it is, we'll find every ecommerce store that has it right now. We have the data points no one else has.
If you can describe it, we can detect it. Even if no database has a field for it.
Yes, we can track that too
We've tracked over 250 million data points from 500,000 stores, which lets us spot any problem you can think of. Here's how it works.
Describe the problem you solve
What problems were your best clients facing when they hired you? We turn this into detection.
Has {store} lost more than 30% of its organic traffic in the last 90 days?
Did {store} just install a subscriptions or loyalty app?
Is {store} scaling Meta ad spend while its review score is dropping?
We'll monitor every ecommerce store for it
We'll track whatever needs to be tracked: apps, ad spend, traffic, reviews, social media, and literally anything you can think of.
Get alerted where you work
Whenever a store is facing the problem you solve, you'll get alerted on Slack, email, and your CRM, with a complete briefing of their situation. No need for another login.

We send a minimum of 20 stores per week, so 80 per month or more — every one of them a store that just started matching the problem you defined. Based on past client performance, about 2% of the stores we send end up becoming clients.
We track all stores in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, across multiple industries. We only send you stores which match the ICP you define in terms of industry, revenue, SKUs, or whatever other metrics you use.
As custom as the problem you can describe. You tell us the situation your best clients were in right before they hired you, and we build the detection across the sources it actually lives in — SEO, ads, reviews, apps, platform, revenue, socials. "Negative reviews about missing packages" isn't a field in any store database. It's a signal here.
We'll tell you before you commit, not after. Most problems can be joined out of the 50+ data points we already collect per store. If yours needs a source we don't have, we say so on the demo call.
The average positive reply rate is 4%, and the total reply rate is 8%. Contrast this with the 1% average reply rate of a cold email campaign, at best. That's an 8x increase — because you're writing to a store about something that's actually happening to it right now.
Someone has to. We send the store, the decision maker, the evidence and the angle — but the email still has to go out. Our best customers have a salesperson or a BDR who owns that. If nobody on your team owns outreach, you'll get more from hiring that person than from us, and we'd rather say so now.
If you'd rather we ran it, we do offer a Done-For-You plan where we write and send the outreach as an extension of your team. Book a demo to learn more.
50+ data points per store, including traffic, SEO, social, ads and more, with 24 months of history behind them. You also get the verified contact details of the decision maker and the evidence of the problem itself — so the first line of the email writes itself.
Paid data providers and our own collection across SEO and traffic, ad libraries, reviews, app stores, platform and stack detection, revenue estimates and social presence. The value isn't any single source — it's that they're joined per store and tracked over time, which is the part you'd otherwise do by hand in five tabs.
Yes. We always give you an email, and we try to add a LinkedIn or phone number on top of that. We only give contacts to Heads of Marketing, Heads of Ecommerce, and CEOs. These are in 99% of the cases the budget holders and decision makers.
New ones. We send stores that just started matching the problem you defined — never the same population re-sorted. That's the whole difference between this and a list you already downloaded.
You don't, in the way a list runs out. Your ICP probably isn't 10,000 stores — it's a few thousand, and a static list burns through them in about six months. But a problem isn't finite. The same few thousand stores generate new problems forever: one that was perfectly healthy in January loses 40% of its rankings in June, and that's a timely, non-spammy reason to reach out — even to a store you already pitched, even to a deal you already lost.
Store databases let you filter a fixed set of fields: platform, country, revenue band, apps installed. That tells you a store exists. It doesn't tell you anything is wrong, and everyone else filtering the same fields gets the same export you did.
We build detection for the problem you describe — including the parts no database has a field for — and monitor for it continuously, so you hear about a store the week its situation changes.
No, there aren't. We limit the number of clients we onboard to keep stores exclusive and high-quality.
You might be thinking: "You're hurting your revenue, so this is BS". But no: if we onboarded hundreds of agencies, you'd fight over the same stores with them, you'd see no results, and you'd churn. Lose-lose.
Instead, we keep increasing prices of the plans to match demand. We began Ecommerce Leads charging $49 per month! We also sell add-on services to bring in more revenue while keeping quality high.
We track all stores in the U.S., Canada, Europe (including U.K.), Australia, and New Zealand. If you have a specific country you need, let us know and we'll see how we can help.
Wherever you already work: Slack, your inbox, or a CSV or JSON export. You shouldn't need another login to find out a store needs you.
No commission. Your fee is yours to keep. You pay only for the stores and/or outreach service.
We work with agencies targeting ecommerce stores in beauty, health, personal care, fashion, home goods, golf, sports, and more. If you have a specific niche, just ask!
If you don't book a meeting after contacting 100 stores by email, phone, and LinkedIn, you get a full refund. See Terms and Conditions for more.
Tell us what you solve. We'll show you stores facing that problem.

I built this because I was doing it by hand
Hey, I'm Diogo!
I spent 3+ years at an agency and another 3 freelancing, so I know the drill: buy a list of stores, then spend four or five minutes on each one cross-checking Ahrefs, the Meta Ad Library, their reviews and their app stack, just to find out whether they have a problem worth emailing about.
The stores I closed were never the ones that matched a filter. They were the ones that had just broken something. The trouble is that nobody sells you that, because "CPC increase 25% in the last month" isn't a field you can tick in a database.
So I built the detection for myself, it brought me deals, and now other teams use it. If you tell me the problem you solve, I'll tell you honestly whether we can spot it.
