Our Commitment
Ecommerce Leads is committed to making getecommerceleads.com accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
We believe everyone should be able to learn about our service, request a demo, and read our reports and legal pages without unnecessary barriers.
Measures We Take
We work to improve accessibility by:
• using semantic HTML and descriptive labels on forms and controls;
• providing text alternatives for icon-only buttons;
• reviewing public pages with automated tools such as WAVE and fixing common issues;
• documenting known limitations honestly and addressing reported barriers in a reasonable timeframe.
Known Limitations
We are actively improving accessibility, but some areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA:
• Data tables and reports: Some industry report tables are dense and may be difficult to navigate with a screen reader on smaller screens.
• Custom dropdowns: Multi-select fields on the demo request form use custom controls that may not behave exactly like native select elements in all assistive technologies.
• Third-party content: Embedded widgets, analytics, or checkout flows from third parties may not fully meet our accessibility standards.
• Older pages: Some programmatic SEO pages may lag behind our latest accessibility improvements until they are updated in the next review cycle.
We do not claim full conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA at this time, but we are making ongoing, good-faith efforts to get there.
